GirlsFCS prescribed checkered dress with belt, bow tie, black leather shoes and white socks

Boys- Navy blue gabardine short, white polo jacket style with packet (left side) with FCS logo, black leather shoes, and white socks.


P.E. UNIFORM
High School (Boys and Girls)- FCS Official P.E. Uniform t-shirt and jogging pants, rubber shoes and white
Elementary-(Boys and Girls) White t-shirt with FCS logo, FCS jogging pants, rubber shoes and white socks.
Intermediate Boys and Girls
Primary Boys and Girls
Pre-School-(Boys and Girls) White T-shirt with FCS logo and FCS jogging pants, rubber shoes and white socks.
NoteWearing of civilian clothes is only allowed during special activities with the approval of the administration.  Loitering in shopping malls wearing the school uniform is strictly discouraged.




HAIRCUT

Girls with long hair are advised to have their hair braided or worn in ponytail.  Bangs must be worn short enough so as not to interfere with the eyesight.

Boys - Hair must be cut 3 inches above the collar.  Side burns should not be lower than the lower opening of the inner ear.  Hair at nape should be cut upward or tapered.  "Spike" , "Punk", and "semi-kalbo" hairstyles are absolutely prohibited.
The Asst. Principal on Student Affairs does a monthly schedule of inspection of haircut for boys.  This is done every first Friday of the month.
Dyeing, highlighting, and coloring of hair are not allowed.  Unauthorized haircut (boys), ungroomed hair (girls) are penalized. (See category one of Administrative policies).

ID's

  1. All students are required to wear their ID's once they've entered the school premises.  Failure to do so is subject to sanctions by authorized school officials.
  2. NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY will be strictly implemented.
  3. Tampering of ID's, misuse of ID, or using other's ID in order to enter/ leave the school premises is strictly prohibited and is penalized (See Category Two of Administrative Penalties)
  4. In case of lost or worn-out ID, the student has to report this to the business office and request for replacement.  A corresponding fee will be charged for processing.
  5. ID cards confiscated by a faculty or security guard, must be claimed from the office of the Assistant Principal for Student Affairs the same day that they were confiscated.
  6. A monthly unannounced inspection (surprise search or seizure) will be conducted regularly or as deemed necessary.
  7. A teacher, "Desk Officer of the Day" will be assigned to check on the ID's (teachers who do not have classes from 7 to 8 a.m.).
  8. A fine of P 5.00 will be collected from students who are not wearing ID's by the Student Council.
